First contact with HR person, then a meeting with future manager. Interview was very focused on previous experience and expectations about Zendesk environment and current experience overrall. Qualifications, and cases where you apply that knowledge.

There are multiple interviews with all the relevant stakeholders and a final panel presentation exercise where they ask to present the outcome of a simulated engagement. The overall process may take some time to get through.
