I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZenLedger (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
The recruiter asked a few questions about my past marketing experience - mostly focusing on crypto and blockchain-related experiences. He also asked about what I was looking for in my career to understand if they have a position that suits that expectation.

I applied online. I interviewed at ZenLedger (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2019
Interview
After the initial application and questionnaire, I met with the Director of Marketing, and we spoke about the role, the company as a whole, and then talked about my work history. My second interview was with the CEO, and we spoke more in depth about the role, the goals and aspirations of the company, and mine within the company. The questions focused on my career history and how I dealt with certain situations, attention to detail and organization, and especially customer service.

Question 1
Name a time when you dealt with a frustrated customer, and how you were able to alleviate the situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZenLedger (Bangor, ME) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied via e-mail, after a few days was sent back a Google form that requested more information and a small writing test. After this, heard back from CEO that I was one of the candidates that stood out and scheduled an interview. The interview was very laid back, consisted of my experience, more about the position and my overall thought process. It was a great chat and really felt like the conversation went well. After the chat was over, was told by the CEO that I would hear back after he completed the other interviews with reamining candidates. Didn't hear back after a week, followed up via e-mail and never heard back - no form rejection, nothing at all.
