I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zeis Group (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2011
Interview
In addition to your standard interview, the interviewer (& owner) had me complete a spelling test, logic test, math test, and an editing test. He also had me interview with 2 of his current employees. He asked a number of inappropriate/illegal questions, including whether I was married or had children. Unfortunately, I was a new college grad at the time and didn't know any better. However, I was smart enough to decline the job. He wanted to pay me less because I was young and not married.

Question 1
Some math question about string. Not relevant to the job.
The only discussion of children or spouse during interviews at Zeis Group is in the form of a statement, not a question - "We pay almost all the cost of your health insurance - if you have a spouse or dependents, you can also cover them, at your cost through payroll deduction." Our most recent new hires range in experience from 8 years to 27 years; clearly we do not seek out new college grads to "pay (them) less."
