- Started with a HR intro interview. - Followed by a take home challenge. - Code review of challenge with the team as first session and then some coding questions followed by behavior questions. Whole interview lasted for 2 hours 30 min. HR didn't follow up after spending so many hours for taking take home challenge and interview. After I followed up since I have to reply to other companies waiting for response, I got an e-mail that they are working on putting offer letter together and if I can wait another day. But again 7 days now they are still writing offer letter (no follow up again). Really disappointed with the process. It's an easy Yes or No question. Reply back with correct answer so candidate can focus other application which are in hand.
