Group interview - Asks the following questions:
- introduce yourself to the group
- do you have a permit to work in the country
- discuss a difficult situation you have had to deal with at work
- What hours are you looking for
- Why do you want to work at Zara / your knowledge on Zaras history
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
