I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (McLean, VA) in Jun 2015
Interview
A manager will meet you on the floor immediately, they'll ask if you have any retail experience, why are you leaving your current job, it was really simple. NO curve balls at all. It's mainly based on your availability. Then if you're applying for a management level position, you'll be interviewed on a FaceTime interview from New York. It was also a very straight forward thing - describe the management experience you have, describe yourself in 3 works, and you also have to give 3 references but I don't know if they even called?
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them
