I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Amsterdam)
Interview
I have applied for a position at Inditex and they called me the next day to set up an interview in person. Overall, there was a strong sense of desperation on their side, it seemed like they really needed employees. The interview itself was a weird experience, they asked me for a lot of personal details; it felt as if u was getting hired, except for a contract. They took my IBAN, and I signed the form for transport reimbursement. That had never happened to me on an interview. After that, I didn't get a call for over a month. Overall, it seemed like they were not interested in me personally, as a future employee, but that it was rather a formality to get out of the way, in order to hire people as quickly as possible.
I ended up accepting the offer anyway, because it's a convenient student job.
