I went to a hiring event at the store. Met with a store manager on the spot and was asked basic questions about my previous retail and work experience, and my current availability. Was told I would be considered and contacted soon. I was called two hours later with a job offer.

Very easy going asked basic questions about previous work experience and very comfortable. Although done in the break room very little distractions and professional. You can come in casual dress but make sure you stand out because its a fashion store.
