Went to the store to submit my resume and the manager interviewed me right there on the spot. He asked why I think I'd be a good fit for the job, questions about my resume and other jobs I'd worked at, etc. He walked away to talk to another manager and came back 5 mins later with an offer!

Was I a good fit for a high pressure environment like Zara during the holiday rush
It was very short and sweet. The manager was super nice to me and she made sure to answer all my questions. She made sure to let me calculate and see if the work was worth the distance I will be commuting of.

Was very disorganized. The interview was done by someone who had no idea what they were doing so did not ask many good interview questions. It took less than 5 minutes.
