Interview
Very hot and cold overall. Had a great phone screen that went very well, then an onsite interview that took about 4 hours where I met 7 people. Felt like most of the interviews went pretty well, had a very encouraging conversation at the end where they basically said an offer would be extended. Sent some thank you emails with questions (questions were specifically requested by one person) that night, and then communication entirely ceased for almost a week. I was later told that the position had been deleted entirely. Very disconcerting.
