After 7 rounds they decided that I had all the tech skills but would not be able to manage support and chat, idk what they were looking for, I’m so glad I didn’t join because their company is crumbling now

Interview
The process is well structured . Basic questions and enquiries about past experience. My interviewer was well spoken and nice to speak to. The only problem was they mentioned some nice to have skills but eventually I found out that they were essential skills(API troubleshooting, Prior knowledge of zapier) they were looking for ! it would've been great if they had mentioned them in requirements in job description so that I could've worked on it.
The interview process was straightforward and they provided quick updates during the course of the interview. I think there are 5 stages of interview in total, starting from the initial online application.
