Interview
Smooth. It was a series of interviews, I think 6 interviews. You don't get to do the next if you don't pass the former, hence no time wasted doing multiple interviews and not passing eventually.
The interviewers and recruiters are quite friendly. The entire process took about a month from first interview to final offer.

Asked basic questions for the introductory. Very knowledgeable about the company and what they offer. However, when they mention location flexibility and freedom on their website, they do not include that your position isn't truly free. I made a comment about visiting family abroad and was told that the schedule of the team would need to be maintained.
Bit of a bait and switch, so I removed myself from the interview process.

Tell me what you do on a day to day basis in your current role.
Phone screen, 1-1 interview with the hiring manager, skill test which took about half a day and was a relevant project for the role, culture fit interviews. The process was efficient and the people were friendly, empathetic, and helpful.
