I recently interviewed for the .NET developer position at Zapcom and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Lack of Clarity in Interview Rounds. the communication about what each round would entail was unclear. As a candidate, I expected more transparency regarding the evaluation criteria.Lack of Feedback: After the interview, I received no feedback on my performance. Whether I succeeded or failed.I hope the company reevaluates its approach to ensure a better candidate experience in the future.
