Process took over 2 months. HR was awesome but interviewing manager didn't know her stuff, ended up asking for ideas for campaigns AND ended up stealing those very same ideas. Imagine my shock when I saw my idea launched within the next 10 days. But I was even more shocked when I found out that they decided not to hire me. The least they could do after stealing an idea is give me a job right?

Applied for the position via the careers page. The whole process from sending of application to receiving the verbal offer took just under 3 months. There were a few scheduling difficulties along to way due to interviewer's busy schedules, but it was still a good experience overall with very friendly and professional interviewers.

What was the feature you were most proud of implementing in your previous role? How was the impact?
I recently participated in the recruitment process for the Senior CRM Manager position and would like to share my experience in the hope of helping improve future hiring practices.
Throughout the process, I encountered several issues:
- Communication challenges: Initial communication for the first interview was abrupt, with no greeting or context provided in the invitation, which made the process confusing from the start.
- Scheduling problems: A scheduled interview was canceled just 30 minutes before the appointment, with no prior notice and no following updates.
- Conflicting updates: Despite being informed that the recruitment process was paused, the position was reposted on LinkedIn shortly after, creating further confusion.
- Reselection: Despite being informed the process was paused, I was later considered for the position (again?) and received an automated message confirming my application.
- Automated responses: I received automated messages thanking me for interviews that never took place and asking for feedback on a process that hadn't been completed.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized, leading to unnecessary frustration and confusion. Improving communication and coordination would significantly enhance the candidate experience.
