The interviewing process/steps were made pretty clear since the first interview with the talent acquisition partner. In all of my interviews the questions were very well structured and the overall process was really pleasant.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you provided a solution to the team in one of your earlier experiences.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Oct 2021
Interview
4 interviews - First 2 with the people I'd be working with and they went really well. The 3rd interview was horrible, it was with an HR person. She was really condescending and her questions didn't make any sense. The experience of the 3rd interview made me not want the job and was a deciding factor in me choosing a different offer I'd received.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and sharing your honest feedback on your candidate experience. We will share your insights with the responsible Talent Acquisition teams and will review our processes internally to improve.
- Talent Acquisition Team
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Nov 2020
Interview
The process was very smooth (and all interviews via Hangouts), initial 30 min call with a recruiter to go over salary expectations and ask fairly standard questions, a few days later an interview with the hiring manager, a few days after that a 45 min interview with some of the team and then a final 45 min interview with another more senior member of the team the same week. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. Offer came by phone then email a couple of days after the final interview.
