I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ZTE (Caracas, Capital District) in Aug 2010
Interview
Depends on the regional office. Each local office has their own hiring process adapted to the local laws. In Venezuela it has a multi level interview. First with HHRR, then with the department leader of the position, then with the department director if applicable. My interview was directly for the actual position person that was looking for a proper replacemente, then with the director of deparment, then with the vice president.
