The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening to discuss my background and experience, followed by a technical interview focused on Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, incident management, security, and automation. The discussion also included scenario-based questions and problem-solving approaches.

Interview
Initial phone interview followed by a two part phone interview two weeks later. Two part interview consisted of a case interview and a behavioral interview. For the case interview be familiar with basic market analysis and brush up on math skills. The interviewer asks several quantitative and qualitative questions regarding the roll out of a new acne medication.

What is a situation you were faced with conflict on the job and how did you resolve it?
It was pretty straightforward
Had an OA, Technical Round, Case interview and a managerial round.
The interviews were all easy to understand and follow.
Between each round they give you flexibility on when you want the next round to be.
I thought the interview with the recruiter went well. I followed up with a couple of cordial emails inquiring for the status update along with additional questions over 2-3 weeks, but not a reply.
