1. Phone screening with recruiter
2. Behavioral interview and guided case study assessing slides with two managers
3. 4-5 hour day of interviews with another behavioral w/ an assistant principal, an analytical case looking through slides with information with a manager, case prep time jotting down my thought process then a 45 min case interview with a last manager
4. Informal chat with current BOA who demos a sample project

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
