Question 1
When was the time in your life when setting goals helped you
The questions were asked such that to check your logical and analytical skills. Be prepared with guesstimates and puzzles and be prepared with all of the basic HR questions. Also be prepared with your resume.
The first step was Campus Beats Case Study Challenge in which you are given a business case which you have to study and answer qualitative and quantitative questions. My team came in top 150 in India. So we got the opportunity to interview.
Second round is a three parter. First there is an aptitude test, followed a small case study and finally a video based round in which you get questions on your screen and you have to answer them, you only get 10 seconds to think and you have to speak for 2-3 mins per question.Questions are mostly HR based. Each of this step is an elimination round.
First of these parts of these rounds are generally quite easy third part startled me a bit and it didn't go as well as i expected and i was not expecting a call back.
But three months later i got a mail that i have an interview lined up for day after tomorrow.
So in third round too, there are three parts. First is a case study challenge. Second is a debrief round in which an interview will question you on your answers to the case study he can also ask puzzles and guesstimates. And the third round is a behavioural round in which they try to check your ethics and also they try to check if you are a fit for their company, they can also probe you resume.
So the first part, which is case study i found pretty easy, but i later realised that i had messed up two question in my interview. But when the interview pointed out my mistakes i immediately corrected them. So the case study debriefing went okay not too good not too bad but after that 18 mins were left on the clock so he asked me a guesstimate question which i answered pretty well so the interview ended on a high note.
Then after two hours i was called for the behavioural round in which i got to talk to a ZS senior leader, i asked his experiences and he probed me on my resume and asked me some questions to check if i would change my ethics according to the situation or not. This interview was quite short and nothing of substance was asked. It was more like an HR round. So it went pretty well.
On the same day, i got the email that i had cleared the rounds.
