I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ZS Associates in Apr 2017
Interview
One hour phone interview - 30 min behavior/30 min case study. Interviewer forgot our appointment, but we rescheduled and it wasn't a huge deal. Case was presented through WebEx. Case study was pretty Economics and quantitative focused, which I wasn't very prepared for because I had been prepping for more qualitative, framework type of cases. Overall, interviewer was friendly and I would try again.
Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Typical case study questions that you will be asked in consulting interviews. There was a qualitative case with one interviewer and a quantitative case (with graphs/figures) with another interviewer.
There are three interviews in 1 day -- 1 behavioral, 1 unstructured case, 1 structured case. There are 3 different interviewers per interview, where you will engage with a few managers, consultants, and associate principals

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
