Interview
Applied on company website. Resume got shortlisted and then gave the aptitude online. Got the interview call 20 days later. First was the case study round in which you will have many graphs and charts and you have to answer questions based on them. Practice Data Interpretation for this and read the book 'Case in Point' by Consentino. Later, it was a behavioral interview in which HR questions and guesstimates and puzzles were asked. After clearing the behavioral round, it was the Fit Interview in which you get a chance to speak with the Principal of the company. In this round too some guesstimates and general questions were asked.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
