I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates (New Delhi) in Aug 2017
Interview
It is a long process consisting of several rounds. Every round is an eliminition round. Round details are as follows:
1. Online aptitude test- It consist of 5 areas. All are of moderate to high difficulty.
2. Online interview- It is an online proctored test in which the automated system asks you certain question and give you some time to think. Afterwards the timer starts and your answer is recorded. If you clear this round then all remaining will going to be in ZS offices.
3. Case study and interview- In this round they will provide you a 7-8 page case study and you have to solve some quantitative as well as qualitative questions based on that case. After you done solving the case you have to go through an interview explaining the significance and reasons of your answers.
4. Puzzle Round(EBI)- This round will test your job ex knowledge as well as the interviewer will ask you some puzzles and guess estimates to solve. Most important thing in this round is to go to the answer by a logical approach keeping different aspects of the situation in mind.
5. Fit interview- This is the final round which, a Sr Manager of ZS will take. In this round he will test you with real life problems different clients of any organization faces. You have to provide a way in which the problems can be reduced. This round is for knowing how broader perspective you can have for solving such issues. However, this round is more of a discussion than an interview.
Key for cracking ZS interview is "one must have a logical approach to reach to any answer".

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
