Interview
The process started with an aptitude test which was quite easy. THe shortlisted candidates were given a case study and were asked to solve the same in 30 minutes and write the soutions on a piece of paper, Shortlisted candidates were asked to discussion of the case study with a professional from ZS F2F. This was followed by an HR round.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
