The interview process at Zigram consisted of two technical rounds of approximately 30 minutes each. The questions were straightforward, with a few logical problems included toward the end. However, the overall experience suggested that the interviewers were not particularly interested in hiring. It appeared they may have already identified their preferred candidate and were conducting additional interviews only for formality.
The second round lasted around 15 minutes, and the interviewer did not seem engaged. He was walking around during the discussion and did not provide any guidance or clarification on the logical question asked, even though the question itself was not clearly framed. The lack of involvement and professionalism from the interviewer made the process feel unproductive.
