Interview
The Interview Process was a breeze. I only met with a Manager who sounded very upbeat. Twenty minutes of casual conversation about lenses, various types of prescriptions and my work background followed by an offer via telephone the next day. Very little discussion about the day to day aspects of the job.
Personality and character questions. Less formal than other large companies. One with HR, one with hiring manager and another with a different one or GM. Relatively straightforward. Looking for direct experience

4 interviews in total, one of which was a phone interview. Everyone was very nice, and there weren't too many insane behavioral questions. Only one of the interviews was in person, so that made the multiple interviews easier to handle.
