Interview
First they have a recruiting company do the pre screening interview. Then, there's 2 more interviews, one with an hr person and the last one with the CEO. I only got through with the first two. In the first interview, the agent will ask about the reason to leave your current job, confirm your experience and current visa status. On the second interview, they ask you about every single piece of experience and the reason for leaving your current job (again), they ask so many things. They even asked me what makes me happy. All that to not even tell me the reason to not hire me. Such a waste of time.

Everything about my experience. My role, duties, projects, results, achievements, reason for leaving, difficulties, how I overcame obstacles.
There are 3 interviews
1 with the recruiter, in person with the lead teacher, and lastly with the management.
Questions were general and there was little information from the screening interview.
