The interview process was very straightforward. I was called by an internal recruiter/HR representative for a brief screening call prior to moving on to a phone interview with the department head. Many of the questions in the interview were fairly standard (strengths/weaknesses, past experiences, etc.). Both individuals I interacted with were very personable and kind.
