Interview
I was interviewed on the phone twice and was asked to come in for a face to face interview with the regional manager and regional supervisor. I did not meet my immediate supervisor until the job was already secured. I was first contacted by a recruiter out of Nashville and was later contacted by the regional manager for a phone interview.

Question 1
They asked about how I handle conflict, situations dealing with containing my shock. They asked about my experience with being on-call and with managing crisis situations. In addition, they had the supervisor on the phone to ask any questions she felt were necessary for the job.
