Interview
I got a weird vibe from the people and atmosphere. Nobody really seemed happy with their job or happy to be there. Everyone I met with was friendly and the questions were pretty basic and easy but it just did not seem like the kind of place I would want to be every day.
Interview process was pleasant and informative. Questions were straightforward. Interviewer was pleasant and respectful. A series of phone interviews were conducted. Much information was provided regarding case load, responsibilities, and training.

Interview
It was an online interview and then a 40-minute phone screen. It was not too terribly difficult. Quick online application. I just finished the interview so I have not yet received an offer; my interviewer said they would get back to me soon.

What is a challenge that you face in the workplace?
The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, one in person interview, and one ride along to a counseling session. Overall, it took about two weeks to complete the entire process and an additional week to get the background check/drug test results back.
