The interview experience was great! Both manager and supervisor of my department were very friendly to me and informed me from the start critical information in order to have a very good point of view of where i would assist and how and also we made a roleplay of 2 calls to prove my soft skills that also went very well.

Applied online through LinkedIn, Phone Interview with a duration of almost 20-30 mins, standard questions about professional/academic background. The interviewer was polite, described the position and the everyday duties. The conversation pretty standard. Interview arrangement could be better.
