My interview was really laid back and my Manager and HR Director really put me at ease. It felt more informal, which is what you want in a position like mine - a creative role. The office was instantly impressive too, so I knew I wanted to work here. I felt comfortable enough to ask for a quick tour of the office so I could get a better feel for the environment.
