Your Practice Mastered interview questions

I applied for the sales copywriter position and had a 45-minute interview about the company, their operations, and what the position entailed. I moved forward to complete a writing assessment. I answered 5 long-form questions and revised an Ad from headline to body to call-to-action. I included personally-designed visuals (attempting to go the extra mile) and included my marketing strategy. I interviewed November 12th, 2024 and after a few days, I was given the assignment with a November 21st deadline, which I turned in on time. I did not hear anything back for three weeks. I followed up on December 3rd hoping to get some feedback and received no reply. I followed up again on December 9th and still received no reply. Overall, I was completely ghosted by this company without any feedback into the assignment or why I was not given the courtesy of an answer. I don’t usually write interview reviews but this was such blatant disrespect for my time. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to do these writing assignments that we are not even paid for. It takes effort, research, and hardwork. Sometimes taking up to 3 hours to finish! This is a huge testament into how this company operates and how little you mean to them as a candidate. I can only imagine how their actual employees are treated. Either way, do what you will but I would never recommend working here based on my treatment.
