Interview
10-15 min. discussion then basic accounting test on debits and credits and a few journal entries. Then more discussion where things went downhill. Interviewer kept pressing about budgets and what experience did I have. It's as if they were looking for a budget director. Not complicated stuff. Got the impression that the interviewer did not understand companies and accounting dept's. Should have trusted my gut as I felt violated the first time and much worse this time around. I've been rejected before, who hasn't. But never walked away feeling like this. Something off with these people.

Interview
I had an online interview with this company a few years ago. I remember the process of interviewing was weird and felt very uncomfortable and suspicious. Glad I didn’t get an offer. I am now very happy with my current situation as an accounting consultant.

How did I feel about working remotely with several assigned clients?

Interview
I had an interview with an in-house recruiter. It was fine. I was a little surprised that the remote options listed in the job description did not align with the remote options as discussed in the interview. After the initial interview, I received a test to complete. The interviewee has 8 days to complete the assessment.
Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding the clarity of remote work options. Clear communication is important to us as we continue to refine our process to ensure consistency throughout. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you the best in your career search.

Interview
I completed multiple rounds of interviews over several weeks, including:
- Online Test
- A 1.5-hour technical interview with screen sharing and a live test
- A 2-hour interview with a senior manager discussing a case study
At the last round, they said they would follow up within 3-5 days, but I never received a response.
For a company that promotes "accounting with purpose" and ethical values, the lack of basic professional courtesy is disappointing. Candidates invest significant time preparing for case studies and lengthy interviews. A brief response acknowledging their effort shouldn't be too much to ask.
Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time. A simple rejection email takes 30 seconds and reflects your company's values far more than a mission statement.
