The interview felt robotic. My interview was rescheduled last minute 3 times. The first time was literally 30 minutes before the actual interview. Then less than 24 hours before the rescheduled interview, I was emailed to reschedule again. An hour before that rescheduling, they asked to reschedule a 3rd time. I have read they have done this to other potential applicants as well to "test" to see how flexible they are. I found this to be very unprofessional, regardless if it's a test or not.
During the interview, they tell you briefly about the company, and then jump right into a test assessment, while they sit and watch. It's very generic questions, but if you have any test anxiety, expect to not do too well.
After the test, they ask a few basic questions on experience and that's it. It felt very cold, methodical, and like others have stated, they are just looking to fill roles with bodies. They do not take any time to get to know you, any soft skills you may have, and see how you could fit. It's no wonder this place has such a high turnover. They are ALWAYS hiring, not because they are growing, but because they cannot keep staff. Their hiring process in lengthy, robotic, calculated, and honestly, they might as well use AI to interview, if they are not even going to take the time to even remotely act like they care about the person sitting on the other side of the screen, and get to know their skillsets, personality, and soft skills.
Any good leader knows a person's value is far more than just numbers on a sheet. So this company is truly missing out on good talent. I can only imagine the type of quality they provide to their clients if this is how they bring in employees. Better with Robert Half or EY.
