Your Energy Source interview questions

I can only the account given by the other reviewer who interviewed with them at around the same time. I had a first interview and was then offered a second, after which I too was ghosted having been told I would be informed of their decision in a few days. Unprofessional and disrespectful, I inferred I hadn't got the job once I saw the advertisement re-posted a few days after the interview. The interviews themselves were needlessly long with quite a few questions being only minor variations on others, and many of them were completely inane "what does success mean to you?" please, I need to eat. I was also asked to show previous examples of my programming in my second interview having previously been told that this was not really a part of the job in the first interview. Apparently they couldn't even decide what job I was applying for, I guess. It was quite opportunistic of them really to ask me to show them stuff I'd done via a screen share given it was implied that this second interview being remote was only contingent upon my location. All this for some fairly measly pay really (stated range of £23000-£28000)

After an interview which I felt went well, I was ghosted. I sent a follow-up email and continued to be ghosted, then found out via LinkedIn that they had hired someone else. This was very unprofessional.
