Process simple, not challenging at all. I passed the first interview with a first-year analyst who was pleasant and simple. The process isn't well organized so you might find difficulty with that.

two round of interview, first round through telephone, second round at office, with manager. I did a technical test concerned with analysis a text in both English and French, a excel test and a PPT test, then a face to face interviw.
