Two Step Interview process - initial interview via MS Teams. Second Interview conducted on Campus for half a day - included two separate, multi-person panel interviews, two individual interviews with senior leaders, and a sit-down interview with the college president. The process seemed professional at first, but after the second interview was complete, there was absolutely no notification, communication, or response of their decision about the interview. There was no declination or offer presented, and after following up by email, there was again no response at all. With the efforts asked for the interview - including the development and presentation of a 30 minute presentation, there should have been at least a thank you and/or notification of their ultimate decision for the hiring action.
