I had 2 rounds of face to face interview which lasted for 2 hours.
The interview started with a senior frontend engineer. The advantage for me was I had worked on the technologies in my previous internship. I gave a demo of my previous project which was up and running on the web.
Questions were asked on my project I did explain it clearly why & how. I was asked HTML, CSS, React and JS questions from basic to advanced concepts.
Which involved questions like Redux workflow, testing a react application. I felt they not only tested my knowledge but also will to learn, understand, and collaborate with a team.
Later, director of engineering took the interview. The questions varied from algorithmic to architecture of software building. I couldn't answer few questions as I was not familiar with those techs. I tried giving alternate solutions to the questions which were shot.
I feel if your fundamentals are strong and you have the right attitude you can crack the interview.
