Interview
I was referred by a Staffing Agency. I met with the department Manager, Loan Officer and Closer. The whole process took only about 20 minutes. They were most interested in if I was accessible, willing to mentor and if I was willing to work with paper files again. Both the Loan Officer and Closer asked me about some scenarios and how I would respond. The interview was very low key.
