After passing the initial computer exam, I was notified by email to set up an interview. In the interview itself, there was a panel of three librarians from various branches in Yolo County. Some of the questions revolved around why I was interested in working at the library, how familiar I was/how often I went to a library, and if I had used any of the libraries in the county. Following that was a simple shelving test. They give you some time to look over a sheet detailing how to shelve books, and when you're ready, they ask you to shelve a set of books. The shelving test is timed and accuracy is important as well. They were all very nice and courteous people.
