Typical customer service interview, asking about what if scenarios and accentuating the most important values of the company. Just getting a feel for who you are, really. Nothing too crazy it is a frozen yogurt job, after all.

Interview
Dropped off an application and got a call for an interview about a month later. Both of the owners interviewed me and were very nice. The interview was really long, probably 20-30 minutes. Asked a lot of scenario questions and a lot of questions about what kind of worker do you think they're looking for. They forgot to call me or email me for 3 weeks after because they lost my information, but when they found it, they finally offered me a job.
