The interview process consisted of a first-round video interview with multiple team members asking different questions about my experience and fit for the role. After that, I was asked to complete and submit a work-related assignment. The process was structured and focused on assessing both communication skills and practical ability.
Disappointed, gave literally 4 rounds of interviews which includes 2 assignments. Kept on following up and they delayed their best to respond me. They kept me in loop though saying nice things and kept my hopes high only to REJECT me in the end. Stop demotivating candidates.
Fue en grupo la entrevista (habían 4 personas) Principalmente preguntaron porque quería trabajar ahí y por donde vivía para ver que local queda cerca. Luego fue una explicación de lo que se hace en el trabajo.
