The interview process is communicated to you before the first step. The recruiting team does a phenomenal job in communicating instructions and setting expectations. 1. A short take-home excel assignment 2. Screening call (behavioral questions) 3. A longer take-home excel assignment 4. Final round of interviews The second take-home assignment is as difficult as you want it to be. I personally spent 4 hours organizing thoughts, and closer to 6 hours in writing the report and preparing visualizations. They give you ample time to complete it, but if you're working while applying you may want to start earlier to provide some buffer before the deadline.
