There were 4 rounds of interview, initial conversation, take home design challenge, panel presentation and final interview. After this process, they will request for professional references before sending you an offer letter

1 - Zoom Call with Hiring Manager 2 - Take-home exercise, in general, I enjoyed the design exercise because it's not deliverable focused, it's designed in a way to see how you would collaborate with them. There are 2 parts, 1 - mock-up interview & debrief, 2 - Presentation to a group 3 - Back-to-back Zoom calls with different members from the companies. It's more focused on behavioral questions, while it was nice to meet different people, the questions could be redundant, and lastly a zoom call with one of the executive 4 - 3 references check 5 - Offer Letter via Email
