I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yieldmo (New York, NY) in Sept 2019
Interview
The interview process was pleasantly straightforward. Phone screen then take home 90-minutes to solve two algos, then on-site which was 4 rounds however the CTO couldn’t make it. The 3 rounds were with stakeholder, senior engineer(technical algo) and lead engineer (technical debugging).

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Yieldmo
Interview
Contacted through a recruiter. I had a 30 minute phone interview with a current engineer that gave a detailed overview of the position and company. Answered all the questions I had about the position. They seemed genuinely interested in determining a good fit, not just selling me on the position or testing me. Phone screen also included basic technical questions, but these should be easy for any web developer. After the phone screen there was a take-home coding test, which was open-ended and can use frameworks. I was unsuccessful on the take-home coding test, but it was an enjoyable and fast process over all.
