I got contacted by the recruiter first, then hiring manager phone interview, then director phone screen followed by 2 hour on-site interview. Then they called me back for another 2 hour on-site interview. Questions were standard other than the fact that at the very end CTO told me about his concern on me leaving my current company too soon (2.5 years). We already discussed this and I told him that I don't think it is very soon. I am pretty sure that was the deal breaker which makes no sense since they already knew about this. I felt disrespected and they wasted my time.
