The phone screening was comprehensive but also straightforward. They really ask to describe in detail what you are able to do, and to give examples of how you accomplished tasks and performed throughout your years of work experience. Lasted about 45 minutes but this way they got all the information they needed and can evaluate whether I was a good fit quickly.
Then I was endorsed to the CEO and the Marketing Lead for interviews and these were quite pleasant as well; they asked how I managed a team and worked with others, while also letting me know the company context and plans for marketing. The hiring process was smooth and from there.
