It was a pretty straightforward interview, one-on-one with the owner. I was fairly unimpressed, to be honest, with the interview as a whole. They didn't seem to have a good grasp as to what skill they were looking for. Their main product, whiteboards, is a fairly well-known one. They kept talking about wanting to start to incorporate full on animation, custom character rigging, and a bunch of other stuff that they simply cannot afford to pay for. Nobody with that set of skills, would stoop to the pathetic pay that they were offering.
