Phone interview, written test based on Accounts questions and logics. I believe the written test was completely irrelevant for the position and a more practical interview where to be put in the position of reacting at certain circumstances, situations at work would have been more relevant for this role.

Interview
It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

They ask about your organizational skills and how you prioritize tasks.
The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.

Interview
There were a series of meetings where you meet with the Team Leader and ultimately the department manager. Many of the questions ask you to provide specific examples of situations encountered.
