was given a test and after being accepted I had an interview where another test followed. there was a time limit and the interview happened online. I think I did great overall, didnt seem too hard

Phone interview, followed by a test at the location. The test consisted of writing an article on top commuting cities near New York for a real estate company, and you had some information and some very general KWs.
